Tam Mei Yi, Amy is a local Artist under Whateversmiles Gallery. With a degree in Visual Communication from University of Birmingham, she worked as an art director in a leading shopper marketing agency before starting her career as a full-time artist in 2018. Amy loves to incorporate the sound of nature in her work, hoping that it not only heals and comfort, ultimately reinforces hope in the midst of uncertainties and adversity; that somehow, in spite of all, we can still rest in the quietness of nature. The Girl in Mountain is an iconic character got Amy as it symbolizes her daily life. Nature is her inspiration in all her works.
